Smoothie Recipe: Sweet Potato Carrot Spicy Soup

SAMSUNG CAMERA PICTURESTaste: 9/10 Amazingly delicious with a hint of the jalapeno and cilantro from the pico, oh and I didn’t use the spinach. I already had half the bag today:)

Texture: 10/10 Perfectly smooth and thick.

Amount: The whole pitcher thing. YES, leftovers!!!

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • large glass of water
  • 3 Tbls. Pico De Gallo
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • Nutritional Yeast to taste
  1. Partially cook the sweet potato and carrot.
  2. Blend with other ingredients.
  3. Heat to desired hotness.
  4. Wonder at the orangness of it…sooooo lovely
